As gymnasts grow in confidence and ability, we offer a range of exciting opportunities to help them develop their skills, make new friends, and get even more out of their gymnastics experience. Whether your child would like to train more than once a week, perform as part of a team, or follow a competitive pathway, we have additional training options available for gymnasts who are ready for their next challenge.

These opportunities allow gymnasts to spend more time doing what they love while developing new skills, confidence, strength, and teamwork.
🕒 Additional Tumbling Stars Session
For gymnasts who would like to train more than once a week, we offer an additional Tumbling Stars class:
🤸 Saturdays | 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
Who Can Join:
This class is open to existing club members and is a fantastic way to gain extra practice, improve skills, build strength, and progress more quickly.

🤸 Join our Display Team
⭐ Display Team (Ages 10+)
Our Display Team is for gymnasts aged 10 years and over who love performing, dancing, and expressing themselves through gymnastics.
Gymnasts train and perform together as a team, taking part in exciting displays, festivals, and events across the UK while proudly representing the club.
🤸 Fridays | 5:15 pm – 6:45 pm
🤸 Fridays | 6:45 pm – 8:15 pm

🔄 Training Options
Gymnasts can combine Display Team training with a Tumbling Stars class or the competitive training program, allowing them to enjoy both performance and additional gymnastics training.
👗 Costumes
Costumes are provided. A £25 costume hire fee applies.

Held once a year in September. Please let Kate know if you would like to try out.

⭐ Join a Competition Team
Places are typically offered to:

Gymnasts with previous competitive experience looking to move clubs
-
Children aged 4–7 years with strong natural potential
For ages 4–7, no previous experience is needed. We look for natural ability, enthusiasm, and potential, and any child aged 4+ is welcome to attend a trial.

📅 What Happens After the Trial?
If your child is offered a place, you will have one week to accept or decline.
If the offer is declined, your child will need to be reassessed if they wish to trial again in the future.
Successful gymnasts will complete an initial three-month trial period, after which they will be reassessed to ensure they are in the most suitable group.
If they continue beyond this stage, they will be required to purchase a club tracksuit, along with any additional training clothing or equipment specified by the club.
