Our trial sessions are designed to be fun, welcoming and supportive, giving every child the opportunity to experience gymnastics in a safe and positive environment while allowing our coaching team to find the most suitable pathway for their development.

🤸 Your trial explained

Children will be placed in small groups of up to 6 gymnasts per coach, allowing our coaching team to provide individual support, encouragement, and guidance throughout each session. During their trial, gymnasts will have the opportunity to explore a variety of apparatus and develop a range of fundamental gymnastics skills in a safe, structured, and engaging setting.

Please note that we are unable to confirm a permanent class day or time until your child has been assessed. This ensures that every gymnast is placed in a group that is appropriate for their age, ability, confidence, and stage of development, helping them to thrive from the very beginning.

We encourage all new families to take some time to explore our website and learn more about our programmes, coaching philosophy, and club values before booking.

Our 3-week trial is designed to help your child settle in confidently, and ensure that the class is the right fit.

Week 1 – Welcome & Watch

Parents/carers are invited into the gym to watch the session, helping children feel comfortable in their new environment while meeting our coaching team.

Week 2 – Building Independence

Gymnasts attend independently (drop-off and collection at the front door). This helps build confidence and allows coaches to assess readiness for class participation.

After Week 2

We will usually provide details of the recommended class after week 2.

Week 3 – Confirming Your Place

During the final week of the trial, you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions, and confirm whether you would like to secure their place within the club.

Pre-School Classes

For our youngest gymnasts, a parent or carer must remain with their child throughout the session and will assist with activities under the guidance of our coaches.

These sessions provide a wonderful opportunity to explore movement together, develop physical literacy, and build confidence in a fun and nurturing environment.

Following the trial period, you will be able to choose either a Parent & Child class or try an Independent Class, depending on your child's age, confidence, and readiness.

What to Wear for Trial Sessions

To help your child enjoy their session safely and comfortably, please ensure they arrive dressed and ready to participate.

Arrival – Please Read Carefully

To ensure the safety and security of all gymnasts, our entrance doors are closed once registration has been completed and the lesson is underway.

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time for your session.

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow late arrivals to join once the class has started. This is not only disruptive to the session but also affects our safeguarding, registration, and safety procedures.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment for all children attending the club.

Bikes, Buggies & Scooters

If you are bringing a bike, buggy, or scooter, please bring a lock so that it can be secured outside the building.

If you forget your lock, please speak to a member of staff at the door and we may be able to lend you one.

Unfortunately, we do not have sufficient space inside the building to store these items.
