PAYMENT POLICY
CLASS FEES
All tuition payments are due prior to the four (4) week session in which your student is enrolled. Fees are divided into 12 equal instalments and billed on the 20th of each month. Payments are made by direct debit through Go Cardless. Classes run 44 weeks of the year with a two week closure for Christmas and Easter and a four week closure in the Summer holidays. All fees, competition entry fees and membership payments are non refundable, you are responsible for checking your details carefully before registering for a course. All automatic payments are due on the 20th of each month prior to the session for which payment is owed, and statements can be viewed in your customer portal. Your student will not be allowed to participate in class until payment is received in full. Class places are only guaranteed on receipt of the correct payment.
INDEPENDENT GYMNASTICS ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP
This is compulsory for all members and is completed by the club.
REFUNDS/ABSENCE POLICY
Once you have confirmed and paid for a course, membership, event or competition refunds will not be given. Due to the small number of gymnasts allocated to each group we will not be able to offer a refund, alternative class or credit if you cannot attend the course booked. These policies are being implemented not to be punitive but rather create a better environment for your child by insuring the financial health of NELGC. For NELGC to continue to provide quality instruction and care for your student at reasonable costs, we must take the above steps and apply them equally to all participants.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If you wish for your student to withdraw from a future class session, you must provide one months written notice of withdrawal. This withdrawal policy applies to all courses.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
