North East London Gymnastics Club Ltd

North East London Gymnastics Club Ltd was formed in 2009 as the successor to North East London Gymnastics Club.  In January 2010 we moved into our new facility which was transformed into a dedicated gymnastics facility comprising of:

• a sprung floor area,

• asymmetric bars,

• men’s high bar,

• p-bars,

• rings,

• pommels,

• beams,

• vaulting table,

• trampet,

• air track,

• a wide range of specialist pre-school apparatus and two separate studios.

 

North East London Gymnastics Club LTD is a registered charity run by a voluntary board of trustees and supported by Hackney.  The Club is British Gymnastics registered and also affiliated to the London Gymnastics Federation and has been awarded GymMark status. As a British Gymnastics Affiliated Club we have adopted the British Gymnastics Health and Safety Policy, Child Protection Policy & Equity Policy.  All the Club Coaches are British Gymnastics qualified and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked.

 

The aims of the club are to promote and encourage participation in the sport of gymnastics for the inhabitants of Hackney and it’s surrounding areas. To develop positive attitudes towards sport & identify it’s importance as part of a long term healthy lifestyle. The club is open to all and provides training opportunities for children from 12 months upwards in our dedicated facility. We also offer training opportunities to children from Hackney and the surrounding areas to become coaches.

 

All classes are held at 46 Milton Grove, Stoke Newington, N16 8QY.
