COMPETITIVE TEAMS
🏆 Competitive disciplines are overseen by High Performance Coach - Alex Pakrah and supported by qualified coaching staff. Classes are by invitation only, based on a gymnast’s ability, attitude, and focus in training. Training follows the IGA pathway, supporting structured progression from foundational skills through to competitive performance. These squads provide a structured pathway into higher-level performance.
We maintain a maximum 1:8 coach-to-gymnast ratio, ensuring:

👕 WHAT TO WEAR & ARRIVALS
Arrival:
Please arrive on time. Doors close once registration is complete and remain closed during the session.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Competition squad gymnasts represent the club and are required to train in the correct club kit.
Gymnasts are required to:

Arrive wearing their club tracksuit and training leotard.

Wear the correct club training attire to all sessions.

Have long hair secured neatly away from the face, plaited where appropriate and kept above shoulder height. For safety remove all hair beads

Remove all jewellery (including all studs earrings), smart watches, and accessories before training.
Gymnasts must bring all equipment required for their training, including:

Water bottle

Handguards (where applicable)

Wrist supports or wristbands (where applicable)

A spare leotard
-
Personal hygiene items such as deodorant
